the reservation process

 

1. Consultation

During our initial consultation, we will discuss the details for your upcoming services to ensure everything is perfectly tailored to you.

We will go over:

  • Desired makeup and hair look

  • Skin type and sensitivities

  • Hair texture and lenght

  • Total number of services

  • Special requests

  • Time window for the services

2. Quote

The client will received a follow up email with a customized quote for the preview session and wedding day.

3. Reserving a preview session

We strongly recommend scheduling a preview session. This gives a client the opportunity to wear the makeup and hair prior to your event and determine if any adjustments are needed.

To confirm your appointment, a signed service agreement and payment are required. Once your payment is received, we will send a follow-up email with your timeline and details on how to prepare.

Pinterest is a great platform for makeup and hair inspiration, and we encourage you to share your mood board link with us before your appointment.

Duration: Please allow 45 minutes to 1.15 minutes per service or 45 minutes to 1.15 minutes per client, whichever works best within your provided time window.

 

4. Follow up

We will follow up with the client to see if changes need to be made to the makeup and hair look.

5. Wedding day reservation

We will send you and itemized invoice and statement of work to reserve the date, please note that payment is required to secure your booking.

Once your payment has been received, we will send a follow-up email containing your detailed timeline and instructions on how to prepare.

6. Confirming details

We will reach out to you two weeks prior your wedding day.

7. Wedding day

The artists will arrive and set up their stations, and services will begin according to the schedule.

We encourage guests to bring reference images for their desired hair and makeup looks.

Destination Weddings

For most bookings, clients are asked to accommodate Artists at a hotel the night before the event for early morning services, this is so there are no delays due to closed roads, unexpected traffic or any unusual natural disaster that might occur if commuting on the day of the event. 

What are the expenses for destination weddings?

These expenses are per Artist. Transportation (by air or ground), hotel or Airbnb, meals and any expenses related to the reservation while commuting to and from the location such parking expenses, toll fees etc.
