This look has a very radiant finish. Not recommended for clients with oily or combination skin, specially if planning on wearing the makeup all day in humid, hot climate. Ideal for normal to dry skin.

NATURAL/SATIN

This is the preferred finish by most clients, it gives the skin a natural glow with a little more coverage than a tinted moisturizer. The finish is natural with a subtle glow. Suitable for all skin types, except excessive oily skin.

FULL COVERAGE

This is a thicker, heavier more noticeable formula that hides skin discolorations, bruises, freckles, melasma, sun spots and uneven skin tones. This is more suitable for photoshoots or TV appearances.

Unlike traditional makeup, Airbrush Makeup is a gently, smooth and flawless makeup application that consist of spraying a fine mist of liquid foundation onto the skin through an airbrush gun. The look will be more of a matte finish. Traditional Makeup is press onto the skin with a makeup sponge to create a seamless look with the option of a dewy, natural or matte finish.

• Hair extensions are recommended to add fullness and volume.

• We recommend to use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner at least 3-4 times prior to the appointment.

• Brand new hair extensions must be washed prior to the appointment.

• The last shampoo will be 1-2 days prior to the appointment, let hair air dry.

• Flat ironing the hair is not recommended.

• Skip all hair styling products, specially serums, leave-in conditioner, hair spray, dry shampoo hair mousse, or any other product that will make the hair feel thin, sticky or smooth.

Our hair and makeup services are designed for maximum longevity to last throughout your event. However, minimal touch-ups may still be needed, especially for long events or outdoor weddings in the summer by the ocean, or during windy days.

• Our artists will be working according to the scheduled timeline. To ensure everyone is ready on time, it is important that we stay on schedule. We encourage you share the timeline with your guest and ask them guests to bring reference images of their preferred hair and makeup styles.

• To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please prepare a medium-to-large clear workspace prior to your artist's arrival. Clearing the space after the artist arrives may reduce your scheduled service time.
  

*Additionally, while we love dogs, please keep them on a leash if they are likely to interact with the artist during the appointment.

HAIR

• clients scheduled for a blow out: Shampoo your hair (30 minutes before the artist’s arrival for clients with thick, dense hair) (15 minutes before the artist’s arrival for clients with fine hair) and put it in a bun.

• clients who are not scheduled for a blowoutand naturally have straight hair or soft waves: wash your hair the day before your appointment with a professional shampoo and conditioner and allow it to air dry. Avoid going to bed with damp hair, as this can create a frizzy texture.

  Please note that clients who are not scheduled for a blowout are required to arrive at their appointment with completely dry hair, ready to be styled.

• clients with natural tight curls or frizzy hair, blow dry hair the day before using a round brush or a hair dryer comb attachment.

• avoid using a flat iron, hair serums, leave-in conditioners, or any styling products that will weigh your hair down before your upcoming appointment. Let us know if you are unsure whether you should use a specific product.

• we are unable to service clients coming to the appointment with extremely oily hair because the hair will not accept the hair styling, additionally, we can not work with oily hair for sanitation reasons. Please keep in mind that the payment for this type of scenario is not refundable.

• keep in mind that using the hotel’s shampoo and conditioner might not give the client the best results.

MAKEUP

• come to the appointment with a clean, makeup-free face and no mascara. Removing old mascara during your appointment will cause redness and teary eyes. We provide false lashes for every makeup application, let us know ahead if you have eyelash extensions we will need to fill-in.

Important Notes:

• skin conditions: We cannot service a client with contagious infections, broken or damage skin or severe inflammation such extreme eczema, pink eye, cold sores, styes, open wounds or cuts, fresh scabs or bleeding areas, severe sunburn, active allergic reactions, weeping eczema etc.

• refunds: If we must decline a service, the service is non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling a new appointment will incur new charges.
